My name is Luis (though most people call me Louie) and I'm a journalist originally from the South Texas border. I currently live and work in New York City.

I've been an art director, designer and illustrator for newsrooms across the country. In addition to my career as a visual journalist I'm also a freelance magazine writer and podcast producer.
